absolutely loved the location, but the hotel is in a commercial building with no signage, so good luck finding it! also, one water dispenser for hundreds of rooms? ! it was revolting, with cockroaches crawling out. expecting a room upgrade for my terrible experience, I was greeted with a big fat no, which was just great. almost gave a good review, but couldn't.

The Superior Double Room could hardly be called spacious, with little room left for luggage placement and no coat hanger in sight. Cleanliness was questionable. Despite the use of amenities, like the electric kettle, it was evident things were not kept in prime condition. The lack of windows and thin walls made for a less than ideal atmosphere, while the constant humidity contributed to discomfort during my stay.

The location was a major plus, with easy access to breakfast spots and minimarts nearby. The free laundry facilities offered convenience, though note that the dryer is best for light clothes. A tip, remember to use the correct lift to the lobby on Level 5!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from exit Z2. The staff was incredibly responsive, fixing our air conditioning issue quickly, which was impressive. The amenities in our room were more than adequate and contributed to our overall comfort.
While the overall experience was good, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved.
